Really well done. The only issue is that the Vlachs started in the north, likely both south and north of the Danube river and went south becoming the Aromanians, not the other way around as you showed.
    But otherwise great video 👍

Contrary to popular belief: Heraclius I. did not abolish Latin as the official language of the Byzantine empire. He merely started referring to himself as 'basileios' (greek for king) instead of the popular augustus title, which was later repliced by other titles such as autokratos romanos, and later even revived if I remember correctly. Even before Heraclius Latin was only really spoken during legal matters, since all of the laws were in Latin before most of them were translated by Justinian the Great. I don't mind this being the ending point of Byzantium appearing on the map, though. It makes sense since other romance countries only started to appear much later after the west fell, just a thought.

Can't wait too see my country re-presented in the slavic and turkic videos I really hope you show the difference despotates like Kran, Lovech, Karvuna and vidin. Please don't make the mistake to call Karvuna despotate Dobruja as that isn't it's name only what the region started to be called much much later it was named after Despot Dobrotitsa.

I have to say this is one of the coolest looking timelaps videos I've seen. I really like your technique.
That being said, I do have a few problems with it.
Firstly, if this is a video about every state that was ruled by an Italic/Romance speaking people, then the inclusion of the Etruscans sends the wrong message. Their culture did inteed influence early Latin people a lot, but their original laguange is not only non-Italic, it's not even Indo-European.
And secondly, I do not see a reason to stop showing Latin America after European decolonisation. The ruling languages of Mexico and Brazil are just as Latin and Romance as they were when they were colonies.
I still really like the video overall, I just don't really understand your criterias.

The French didnt conquer this much land (the whole state of Rio) in Southeast Brazil, only a small part of the City of Rio de Janeiro, which they called "France-Antartique".
Also, the Portuguese flag from 1639 is wrong, they only started using that flag when Portugal elevated Brazil from a principality to a kingdom, when their court went to the colony, during the Napoleonic Wars.
