So yea, I wasted a bunch of money on Fiverr to show why you SHOULD NOT trust these gigs or all the numbers you see on Spotify. These were all terrible and tons of people are falling for these. Please, take the long road!!

thank you for this, was literally considering the second guy, can't trust anything, he was recommended by some sight that was helping independent artists. This is why I haven't done any paid promotion before because I just don't know where to put the money. All organic here, takes too long though

I wish I watched this before I went ahead and release my first Spotify song I hope it hasn’t affected my algorithm as I used Instagram and Facebook promotions aswell so I defo have atleast half organic traffic.

Before I start using Fiverr I had a consistent 5,288 listeners not every month but those were the followers that I had before I use them then all of a sudden I dropped down to five followers. I think it's because someone outside of the few people that I was using were using bots in a flag my music and now I'm having trouble getting the streams. I think radio promotion would be the best promotion for everyone.
Made the same mistake. Streams looked great but listeners were a quarter of the streams 😂 such wack

Ok but what about radio stations who sell air play, usually for quite a lot of money for anything meaningful. Is it worth it.
Thought about making a video on this, but I am mostly reluctant to try and push that, since 99% of the popular stations are controlled by record labels, the smaller stations don't typically meet the new age demographic. Radio is on its way out so there's no point really trying for it imo
