Hey everyone! I've looked more into what I was talking about at the end of the video and I beleive we were wrong base on a couple of rules that I've came across.
    9-10. Resolving Replacement Effects
9-10-1. If a replacement effect is active, the specified event is not processed when it occurs, and the event specified by the replacement effect is
    processed instead.
9-10-1-1. Thus, the original event is treated as if it never happened.
By this using Broly's permanent mean that the cost of Bardock would never happen and the attack can't be made, but if I'm wrong please let me know.
I know that there is an exception when the result doesn't change even after a replacement effect is applied, but that seem to be more on reducing a card's power to 0 or below.
Hope you all have a great day!

The replacement effect won't change the cost required to attack. You still need to place something from rest into drop. So the energy would have had to go.

Yeah, something has to hit to drop to fill the cost, brolys perm stops it from hitting the drop, can't attack

Exactly, if rest mode Broly didnt make it to the drop, then cost to attack wasn’t paid.

In order to attack, an active mode Leader/battle/unison must be switched to rest mode. So my guess is that any cost added in order to attack must be paid prior to switching the attacking card to rest mode.

Good to see some yellow cell, been playing it heaps
The double strike pops the main on every cell games card it removes, it only says you can activate 1 of each cards activate main,

@AttackOnProductions it took me ages to figure it out as well, I didn't understand why it had to removal all made no sense to stack the 2nd card

Firstly, stack the cell cards underneath so your opponent can see them. It's very relevant how many and which ones are underneath.. Just bad sportsmanship to hide them completely imo. Stagger them as a reminder, its public information.
Also turn 1 you just went -1 in hand for no reason. You don't need unison T1 so just play the cantrip and combo it off for the Z energy needed for unison.

It just our locals. We all know each other and know it cool if you want to check what cards are where. It's really just keeping a clean board space, but I totally understand.
And yeah, going back and editing the video I was pretty much questioning why I did that play instead of playing the one drop to draw one.
