I met you guys in Modesto, California 2014 when you & Trivium opened for Volbeat. I'll be honest, I was there for Volbeat (liked Trivium, but wasn't crazy about them, heard of you guys before but never your music). Your guitarist or bassist was handing out merch outside before the show. He introduced himself & approached me. I can't remember what the convo was about, but I remember it was pleasant & it stood out to me that a band member (and not a roadie or someone being paid) was handing out merch. I thought that was pretty cool & despite only being interested in Volbeat (at the time), that brief meeting we had swayed me to listen to your opening set with an ooen mind & I became an instant fan that day. Much respect to you all if you had to prioritize family over music, but just wanted to say thank you & you're not forgotten.
Heard these guys on XM radio. They need more publicity. They rock! Every bit as good as Nickleback, Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin and better than a lot of crap that's out there today.
