Why did she not ask for ideas what he liked ….why do you need three guns which all do the same thing surely you should have realised letting him chose his presents had gone a bit wrong choosing the same item three times ????
I think Julie has done it perfectly! I personally don’t celebrate Christmas however the festivals I do celebrate and my birthdays, I choose what I get from my parents. Simply because I know I want it, it might ruin the excitement of finding out what you’re getting. But opening the presents to something you know you have and want is another type of excitement ngl cuz sometimes I open presents and I don’t like them but I have to be grateful because ik my parents tried there best

Growing up, me and my brother had one main present from mum and dad, then a stocking completely full of little bits from Santa and that was our favourite part, the stockings
£300 is abit steep! 😮 We get a limit of £80. I am 35 though. I mean most Christmases I buy my own stuff and treat myself. Christmas by the way isn't about presents, it's about being present and making memories. Don't ever get into debt just for Christmas, shop within your means.

That's a fun one for boys, the world record book! When my sons were young, my area did an event for the record book, the most people in one place brushing their teeth! That was fun to participate in 😀

I was hoping for a twist and it was what Atticus chose for underpriveledged kids, those with no family, presents, in poverty, etc, not for himself. Maybe you could take him on a kids shop for other kids who don't get presents?

Hope she kept the receipts for a rethink
