- Here's my everyday make-up routine for the older lady. Hope you enjoy!

L'oreal True Match concealer-shade 4N

Maybelline Tattoo Brow - Medium Brown
Charlotte Tilbury The Feline Flick eyeliner
Rimmel naturel colour pencil
Lancome Idole Lash mascara
Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush bronzer - medium
Morphe cream blush - notoriously neutral
Mac Lipstick - Hug me
Julie, just a friendly tip, be more gentle around your eyes. The dragging the concealer around the eyes made me wince because the skin around our eyes is so thin, you are risking making them more crepey. Same goes for the eyeshadow application with your fingers, being a little more gentle will do your skin the world of good 😊

Lovely video Julie, thanks for sharing. I use the L'oreal moisturiser and foundation too. They are gorgeous and the moisturiser smells divine! I have also switched to cream blush, it gives a lovely dewy finish. I find that powder now is too drying and causes lines (54 year old skin). The MAC lipstick really suits you. Have a lovely week 🙂🌷

Looks lovely julie! just a little tip as a makeup artist I just wanted to share being a bit more gentle around the eye area and maybe using more tapping motions rather than dragging the skin! hope this helps xx

I use some products u use,the L'Oréal infallible and L'Oréal hydra genius serum and I agree with you,both excellent products, good video,Ur make up looks beautiful ❤️

I totally agree about L’Oréal foundation, I use true match and it’s amazing and I have tried everything from Nars to Estée Lauder and none of them have come close!

Hi Julie, yes it was me who said i much prefer the Loreal over the Double Wear. The Double Wear is very over rated, it does feel like you are wearing makeup where as the Loreal you don't, it feels like nothing on the skin yet has a wonderful coverage that has a satin finish i think. I don't like a matte finish as it makes me look older ( I am 45) I also have dry sensitive skin, more so as I have aged, so we dont want to look like prunes do we? ha ha! Lovely video hun xxx

I don’t really wear makeup but as a forty something lady thought I’d watch this to pick up some tips and ideas of what I could do BUT as someone who struggle on a weekly basis to afford to heat and eat, using well over £200 worth of make up just isn’t relatable for me. Maybe do a budget video-make up dupes/copies for the average income person? That would be great!

So pleased I never followed the 90s trend of plucking my eye brows into obscurity. I can’t imagine wasting time having to draw them on every day.
