I’ve heard him talk about small & fast swing vs the big & slow swing before, but this video really visualizes it well. The slow motion and the “correct” vs “incorrect” indicators have been so helpful! Great work 🙂
thanks. Your observation skills are excellent. We also improve perfection by repeating our repertoire. Even if it is a story that has been told before, it is repeated in order to present it more richly and clearly. Like your badminton, our videos will be completed through repetition and consistency.
This video is an excellent example about quick/short swing vs big/full swing. The explaination and demonstration from coach made it much more clearly than the previous video about half and full smash, which is my concern for a long time 😂
I watched the video about full swing where the torso has to rotate so your swing is complete. In this video when shuttle is low coach Han puts his elbows near the body to make the backswing quickly but the swing doesn’t look like the torso rotates before hitting. In these instances do you not rotate the torso before swinging? Thanks 😊

Thank you. Our videos are also getting better in quality.
Excellent video!
Please continue to add more videos like this, where one has to deal with the shuttle when it is at a less than ideal height.
very soon :-)
자세와 순간 타이밍의 중요성 맞아야 파워를 강하게 낼수 있는듯 다시금 이해하는영상이네요
도움이 되셨다니 다행입니다.😀
Thank you so much sir
For this Video❤

Thank you, coach. This slow motion is awesome. It’s easy to learn how to smash. 👍

you're welcome!
Have to look the shuttle or opponent when we smash?? Sir
what does it mean?
when you hit? - shuttlecock
when your partner hits? - opponent's racket
when opponents hit? - opponent's racket
@@full-swing thank you so much sir👌🤝💪👉👆🤝🤝🤝
I've heard the "macth the shuttle speed" before, now I realize he's talking about the "cocking" motion's speed
