Maybe 20 years ago 3 young men in street clothes got in my cab in Reno, Nevada. They said they were British Royal Marines and they were coming down from the United States Marine Mountain Warfare Center high in the Sierras. I asked them what they were doing up there. "Training with our American Brothers", they answered.

    Theme from Game of Thrones

derived from 'Foggy, foggy dew', an English folk song, based 17thC tune 'When first I came to court'. It was brought back from the Boer Wars.
