I always find it so interesting to see how different people rate their books! Half stars are something I didn’t think I cared about, but now I’ve made the switch to StoryGraph I use them so often!
@@CathysEnchantedReads I really like it, I use both Storygraph and Goodreads because I was finding it hard to leave Goodreads after being on it for so long. But I find that Storygraph has features that I use more and I'm moving towards fully transitioning to it. Much prefer it
To me if a book is just average or average but a little above it would be 2.5 to 3 stars. 2 means it was below average - maybe badly written but a decent story. 1 is finished but bad, 0 is DNF. 4 means above average - good story, writing and engaging characters. 5 is 4 plus just excels in 2 out of 3 of those axis.

I wish I had half stars, because the difference between a 3 and 4 is bigger to me so I often just give a 3 stars. How do you like StoryGraph so far?
