CAPL -> Basically based on the C-Programming, If you know some basics on the C Programming, you can easily nail it. Also you need to know complex functions of C to get started with CAPL. Some very simple concepts on how to use the Variables, simple Function calls, Function Calls with Arguments and some Looping concepts, this is more than sufficient to head start this CAPL scripting. You will find it interesting as you start coding. Use the Write Function to see how your code works

It's an intrinsic function. It's not defined twice, but called twice. at on start you need to start the timer the first time. When it collapses, the on timer function is called. To have a cyclic event, you can start the timer inside its own event procedure. To avoid this, you could use the settimercyclic(mstimer timer, int time) function. Then the timer sets itself without the second settimer function.
