But also the costume in Peru are made of upholstery foam, so its softer and lighter. Also means it will be smashed up. Just open completely and mold the pieces back into place and it will be good as new.

The eyes, mouth and expressions are all controlled using wireless controls synced to the music of the performance they are doing. Almost like when people make thier Christmas house lights match with Christmas music. Software is required. :(
Ahh. So when they first started this process. They did it 2 ways. First was using an actual voice actor viewing everything from behind the scenes while the performer tried to mimic what they were saying using small gestures. But that eventually would be problematic because if the voice actor gets sick then you cant have this option work everyday... so they tried to automate this using computer and automated answers that were ready to be queued up. The assistants there with the cameras would then throw Mickey an easy question to answer like, "that's what I was going to say... haha."
