- Parrot fish is a carnivore fish and human made fish cross of two different cichlid fishes and are semi aggressive fish with predacious nature l, therefore you must keep in mind you should not add small fishes that can fit in its mouth easily to your aquarium other wise it will eat them. And you should introduce them in a large aquarium up to 3-4 feet because they grow fast and their nature is territorial with nature.
