This is a riot. Great show. Carol and Tim are masters of the comedy genre and don't forget the writers!
Such and underrated gem. I wasn’t fortunate enough to be alive when this was on tv but I’m so glad the series is on dvd. New generations getting to enjoy this masterclass series in comedy.
fact-
Carol Burnett (Mrs. Whiggins) ALWAYS bites her nails in every sketch to keep from laughing at Tim Conway (Mr. Tudball) :)
Carol Burnett = one of the smartest, most influential, widely admired and hard working women in popular entertainment (or any business).
Her Mrs Wiggins character = the exact opposite!
I think Mrs Wiggins is awesome!
Oh no!! This old duck knows EXACTLY what she’s doing. She’s getting Mrs. Tudball’s husband ready for Bellevue!
They struck gold with this series. 😄
Omg!! I love these!! Pure classics!!
Carol credits costume designer Bob Mackie for creating the Wiggins walk. When she first tried on the skirt, the seat was too baggy, so Mackie told her to walk with her butt stuck out.
Watched this with my mom back in the day. This was one of my FAVORITE shows!
They don't make shows like this anymore. I loved this show. I was a young girl when Carol was on. It's one thing I looked forward to on Saturday
Yes, this show and Hee Haw were a couple of my "must-watch" shows, back when TV was really worth watching! Sure missing those days!
Amen. I grew up on this,The Jeffersons, All in the Family, Maude, The Three Stooges, and Sanford and Son. All classics.
such a beautiful woman
I'd hate to see Mrs Wiggins when her boss was introduced to the computer! Too funny!
They would have had so much fun with a mouse.
Or a smart phone
I wish there were more shows like this. I was lucky enough to be growing up when her show was on TV. We loved to watch Tim make Harvey lose it.
A time we got to live and enjoy Tv will never be that great again THe Carol Brunett Show was the best
Mr tudball: Mrs. Hawiggins Cana you hear me? Mrs Wiggins: *a moment of silence* YEs
I've seen this a few times before- and still here I am laughing till my stomach hurts and I spit my water all over
this never gets old!
Love Tim Conway and Harvey's korman
Well , it does , and it's also timeless ;)
@@lloydkline3265 they had great comedic chemistry. When they started laughing you can't help but fall apart with them.
Two great all time fictional characters. Tim’s comedic timing is second to none. Brilliant writers on that show.
I distinctly remember watching this the first time it aired and laughing so hard it hurt. For my money, the funniest 10 minutes on TV.
Such good clean humor.
Just love Tim and Harvey.
They are what comedy should be.
Laugh out loud.
Physical masters of funny.
Theyre genius. No comedians can be compared to them. Tim Conway was on the shows Glee and Hot in Cleveland recently.
Why can't people be funny like this anymore? CLASSIC stuff.
They are both so clueless....love it!
I remember watching this skit when it was on TV. Some of us grew up with good programming on TV. Nowadays TV is ruined by reality shows. Unfortunately, good TV programs are a thing of the past. I feel sorry for todays generation.
Mrs. Wiggins is awesome ❤️
My family watched this show every Saturday evening, from its first season to its last.I was in my teens when the last episode aired, and felt like crying.I knew I was gonna miss it.It is on Antenna TV now days. The show is still hilarious, I always liked the parodies of old movies...Korman sure did Rhett Butler perfect. Also liked As the Stomach Turns.
Comedy at its best!!! NO profanity!! NO vulgar gestures!!! NO innuendos!!!
LOL! Maybe you didn't watch this show bc it's full of all of the above.
Absolutely right
The two of them absolutely hilarious!
Carol was biting her nails to help her keep from laughing.
The Carol Brunnett show was do f unny comedy with out bad word. Something the entite FAMILY can watch
It never gets old! Funny is funny.
My dad and I used to watch this show when I was a kid. This skit is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. :)
I watched this when I was a kid, when it originally aired. Laughed my butt off, like I did every week watching Carol's show. But it's funny how humor tastes change over time...
Humor tastes haven't really changed. It's just the newer writers and comedians have.....and clearly demonstrate they have less talent than these masters.
One must be very patient with Mrs. Wiggins. But it seemed that Mr. Tudball was the winner! To good to be true! Thank you Carol and Tim (post mortem).
Carol got back!!!
I grew up as a kid watching this they were great clean comedy for any age group
As can be seen by the various comments, great humor is wasted on the young.
This cast had the best working chemistry of any variety show bar none. Nothing like it since.
Mary Tyler Moore Variety Show but it didnt last long
I loved this show when I was little! I think everyone can enjoy humor like this.🙂
I looked how she just looks at him, like she's confused! "Hello"
I love them both
I love that wig Carol Burnett wears. I love the swoop in the front.
I love his hairpiece even better !
@ 9:15--"This is getting almost comical..."
The third set of “hello” at 5:24 got me
Mrs. Whigghens.
love it
Experts in their Craft
This show was pure Americana...a classic. I watched every episode when new. I loved the parodies of TV ads and TV shows. It was hilarious when they did a parody of The Waltons, calling it The Walnuts. All the guest stars were famous celebs at that time. Cool.
first scene with carol on “better call saul”, i couldn’t believe it was carol.
“ I just I didn’t know if you wanted me to bring it in again and I asked you on the intercom if you wanted me to bring it in again and I didn’t hear you say you wanted me to bring in the pad again so I didn’t bring it in again”😂
boy, I forgot how hot carol was.I always loved these skits.nothing can compair to carol and tim's work together.I bet it took them a long time to do these short skits because of laughing at each other. tim conway can make me laugh without saying a word.just the thought of what he might do,is enough to crack people up.carols charactor is so funny and most of us have met someone like that.this skit could have easily become its own show.love how carol sticks that luscious bum right out there.
man this is hilarious i wish my generation can see this on tv =)
LOVE TIM CONWAY......I just look at him and I laugh.
Carol is the greatest woman I hope you read this
We had The Carol Burnett Show & All in the Family. Kids today have Big Bang Theory & Two and a Half Men. We had it pretty good, at least TV-wise! :)
Mrs . A . Wiggens . A . . Will 'NEVER' need a Xanax , that's for sure ! ! . . 🥴
Classic humor at its best!
I used to teach a high school intro to drama class and used sketches from this show!
These are my all time favorite skits
My kids love this!
Mrs. Wiggins I love you but ... you are fired ! 😜
Mr. Tudball’s toupee just adds to his character.
Carol Burnett looked so beautiful in that wig she wore when she played the character Mrs. Wiggins on ''The Carol Burnett Show''. Of course she was and is beautiful without wearing that wig.
Carol Burnett has always had class and continues to have class. I cannot say enough good things about her. In real life, she brokered a liver transplant for Jim Nabors. She was friends with Lucille Ball. What can you say about such a wonderful human being?
Love the toupee!!!😂
3:32 "Are you going to memorize this?"
5:38 "ComeOnRightInHereNowMissisAWhi...--HelloHello?
9:15 "Dis is a-gettin-a almost comical... Ima beginnin to laugh at you myself on dis ONE!"
One of my favs....Carol Burnett proved you do not have to have dirty language and sexual themes to be funny. I think those are too easy....stuff like this is hard.
For some reason, as a kid, I didn't care for CBS... (One of only 3 or 4 channels we got back then) I didnt catch on to this show till near it's end... All i can say now is, as an adult, thank gawd for RUclips!!
R.I.P. TIM CONWAY-GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN 😔
One of the best TV show ever
Rest In Peace, Mr. Conway.
LOL!!! I LOVE that one!!! "Father Duffy is full of sh*t."
Oh, and when Vicki Lawrence (as Mrs. Tudball) calls Them "funny f*ckers"!!!
Mrs. Wiggins: *presses intercom* Mary had a little lamb
Carol sure was the hottie when she got all dolled up like that!
Love your shows, I watch them every day on utube.
I love this too funny
So cute!
Mr tudball: misses hahwiggins I wonder if you could come in- Misses Wiggins: hello?
My best friend used to do the hello....hello bit..we would laugh so hard...thanks Carol, Tim, Harvey, Vicki and Lyle!
They were true comedy!

I’ve been looking for thissss
Funny stuff I haven’t seen this one in a while
This show had the best of the best actors and actresses. Loved it! SNL got their ideas from this show!
Mrs. A-Whig-gins....Canna you comma to my office? lol lol
He probably never fired Mrs Wiggins because she looked so good in that tight skirt.
Actually .. His wife forced him to have Mrs. W. due to the fact that she was so plain jane.
Yes,I remembered that he couldn't fire her ; because his wife chose her ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
10:18 trying to break that pencil very funny.
Once upon a time long, long ago in the great state of Indiana I was blessed to have a Mrs. Wiggins-type gal working for me. It/she caused me to attempt to kill my cat!
This is a funny one
Tim Conway would have been incredible on SNL.
***** They probably asked him, but for whatever reason he turned them down.
Tom Conway was talented, he wouldn't have fit in at SNL.
HE was able to be funny without crass language, or a mean spirit. He may not have fit in.
Tim Conway was funnier than anybody ever on SNL.
Carol Burnette was always hotter than she got credit for.
I'm just dying laughing... Once upon a time humor relied on talent and performance! Sadly, not anymore...
This is funny!!!
Comedic Gold. Love it in 2012!!
Incredible Crew. The modern version of the Caorl Burnett Show
Carol was not only smart and funny but extremely well-constructed
This is an historic record of the evolution of MS TEAMS, ZOOM and WebEx technology of today as companies implement high tech gadgetry to expedite the AGILE process which means employees must learn how to use the new high-tech devices and applications. We can call learn that, back in the day, employees had to struggle to comprehend and learn how to use and make sense of their new technology devices and applications. It sure does take lots of training and concentration that you can begin to lose track of what your own job is and this sometimes seems like a laughing matter as we all get stressed out trying to use the new high-tech devices and applications but, hey, that is the price of progress from the classic INTERCOM system to the MS TEAMS, ZOOM or WebEx. We just need to have a good sense of humour and roll with the punches and the waves. Oy vavoy! 🤪
Mrs Wiggins is awesome 😎
HELLO
HELLO,HELLO?
Wow. I didn't know they had wireless devices back then.
This.was.the.good.old.days.to.bad.thay.cant.act.like.this.today.rip
Loved them! :)
Does anyone know the name of the Tudball and Wiggins sketch in which Tim went off the script saying to Carol (as Wiggins) that "she had the same-a shape as Africa"? I'd love to see that full sketch.
pure class
JENN-U-WINE COMEDY.love you TIM.
this show were great cause they were funny and just innocent comedy, for those times.
Fun fact: Tim decided to imitate his mother’s Romanian accent for this role.
