Chennai Food Tour by Monk Covering 5 Famous Eateries.
A Food walk in and around Triplicane covered Various dishes and eateries right from Breakfast till afternoon Lunch and some Lassi at the end of the tour.
1. Shree Ambaal Mess
A famous eatery located at streets of Triplicane Established 27 years ago. All Their dishes are very famous and well known. We tried their Keera Dose ( Soppu / Green leaf vegetable ) , Poori and Khara Pongal.

2. Bharathi Mess
A Eatery named after a poet and a freedom fighter Mahakavi Bharathiyar. Here we tried their Poondu Dose ( Garlic Dose ) . Bite after bite you can feel the spiciness.

3. Basha Halwa Wala
100 year old Sweet Shop located at Triplicane serves so many sweets. However , one traditional sweet called Dum Ka root is well known among localites.
