Hey question I've been hesitating between the xiaomi pad 6 the samsung tab a8 and tab a9+. How good is your xaomi with gaming. I play mobile legends league of legends call of duty and rise of kingdoms. You think the xiaomi pad 6 could handle all these easily?

Or I would just suggest getting a Poco f5, it's faster than the pad 6 and Samsung tablets with the same price.
I am not bothered by amoled or lcd, my priority is the high resolution and reasonable price. I like the Xiaomi pad 6 with its high resolution and I set the background to dark mode, wowee 😊
we r on the same page , great HDR + and dolby vision display great 4 speaker sound very reasonable so much so that sold my apple mini 6 and got this one .
ngl, THE IPS LCD on PAd 6 is much bbetter than my standard cheap acer and Asus x441MA laptop's LCD. But the downside of using LCD is, not really good if using 3rd party stylus for drawing. very very recomended to buy the official pen.
I have this tablet. I love it, it is excellent for education, websurfing, taking notes and watching videos on netflix/youtube. However it has one big issue. You can easely use tablet for taking handwritten notes BUT when you want to sync your notes with Xiaomi Cloud there is a problem. Handwritten notes are not supported for some reason, so you cannot view them on your PC, or your laptop and you dont have actually backup of them. This is something nobody talks about.

Portrait to landscape mode is glitching, especially using facebook video. Most apps are not optimized to xiaomi display size, so your experience may be quite disappointing.
Xiaomi pad 6 has sd870 which is more than 2yrs old. Now older chips might not support newer Androids. Also Xiaomi never promised any software update particularly for pad 6. So no guarantee on os update side.
The regular pad 6 has old chip. The pro version has snapdragon 8+ gen 1,which is still good and closer to the new gen 2 performance. And they have said they will give upto 3yrs support for updates (but that was announced in China).
It cheap and good so I'm buying it, planning to buy Apple ipad but it to expensive in my country which is more then $6000, i can't affort it so Xiaomi pad 6 would be nice

Excellent battery life. Been using it for 6 months for note taking with pencil. Gaming. Watching movies with EEMC. and attending meetings. Still get 2 days backup
The not-backwards compatiblity with the previous pen, is NOT a downside. That pen was bad. Almost everyone who uses a pen on a pad, is for drawing and for that it wasn't just not so good, it was flat out bad. Xiaomi acknowledge this and just ditch the old and came with a new good one. This is good work from Xiaomi. A new pad shouldn't be bothered with backward compatibilty for a bad product.
