- One of the highlighted trails within the San Rafael Swell, this area provides a challenging off highway adventure. The main Behind the Reef trail turns into a 52 inch or less trail that exits around the Hidden Splendor Mine area. Plan ahead this trail is difficult in rating and is located in a remote location with limited cell service.

Great Trail 😎
It definitely is, thanks..
I sure enjoy your videos -- thanks for the time and effort you put into them. May I ask you a question? Do you film with GoPro's or more sophisticated equipment?
We use GoPro’s and our phones
Just curious, do you have a website where you post your GPS routes for these great trips so others can follow/mirror your 208 Adventures?
We do, 208 Adventures.com. We also have a facebook page 208 Adventures as well. Thanks for following and supporting us..
Well I have extensively looked over your You Tube and Facebook accounts and I am unable to locate any part of these websites that list GPS Tracking information or trail maps of your trips. What am I missing?
@@richardb7892 I don’t publish anything as far as trail maps, I use ON X Off-road for all our trails and maps.
OK Thanks. Be Safe
@@091200xrhaving the route info sure would be very helpful so that we can duplicate without ending up somewhere we shouldn’t be.
We all us onx, but sorting out which roads/trails are actually passable among the vast maze to pick from is daunting. Is there a particular reason you dont post routes? Thanks
What an awesome journey.
What tablet are you using?
We are using an I-Pad with GPS and using ON-X off Road for our navigation. Thanks watching and supporting our channel.
Do you have to turn around where it goes to 52" or is there another route? My machine is 72" and I'm headed to the swell in a couple weeks.
You do, or you can take blm 845rd. Off of the little wild horse trail, then hit the Red canyon trail loop back to the Temple Mountain road.. definitely different ways to do it.
