Corbina EVERYWHERE at this Beach!

There are Corbina EVERYWHERE at this beach!!! I have never seen them so active in the surf before! Sight fishing for corbina is tough and everytime is is learning experience since im new to the surf. You will be able to see so much activity of these fish watching this video, I was amazed by the amount i saw! California surf fishing is so fun to get in to especially corbina fishing! I ended up foul hooking a perch and losing a few big ones and it was still a blast surf fishing in SoCal!
Hopefully this video is helpful and you can learn a little more about these corbina and seeing their habits! As corbina season iis coming to an end here im excited already for next year! as always GET OUTSIDE!!!

I go out in Huntington Beach surf with a Hawaiian sling for nice Corbina, and Spot fin croaker . The water isn't too clear so it's very challenging + you have to navigate all around swimmers and surfers, but i always bring home the bacon.

Just subscribe, great to see another flyfisher in So cal , these are one of the hardest tish to get on the fly just as frustrating as fishing for Permit , what flies you getting the most hits on? The main two i use is the corbina crack and a surfin merkin ,

@CA2CAoutdoors I live right on the ocean in South Mission Beach, with the Bay just a few blocks due East>>>plenty of sand fleas ripe for easy scooping up from the waterline @ both the beach & bay>>place on hook, cast, & then easily catch corbina>>>then repeat...what's so difficult?

@@aitutaki50I still enjoy catching beans on sand crabs but it’s nothing to brag about. Fly sight-casting game is a completely different thing, if you get it you get it
