I am an Arquitect, my name is Oscar and I live in Baja California México, I participate in the construction of building of 10 floors, and we us a foundation like the one on the video, this was on 1998 in Mexicali, in baja California, we found water a seven meters in the excavation, is thee best foundation I ever participate, and we did it in a very seismic zone, and the two buildings perfect, with no cracking or dishevel, until now.
Great content, As a 81 year old contractor, I appreciate your work. Also as civil engineer I would like to state a well known fact . The re-bar is to keep the concrete from shifting if it cracks. Proper mix concrete, with fiber, will make great columns.
I Agree You've a strong foundation and floor but your pole columns have only 4 rebar, giving it less stability. Your plans sort of don't make sense there should of been at least 12 to each column. If you're having a concrete floor above or roof. Is there no kitchen in this build, no plumbing system, toilets, bathrooms, shower? Water drainage on the side of the building?
Strong foundation yet weak columns using only four iron bars in the columns. Precious money has been spent in the foundation vis - a-vis column strength.
We don't use this much of iron and we don't make floor like this... Only normal size 12/12 inch beam , 4(16mm) + 2(12mm) is enough (same amount for the posts).. Maybe we spend this much only in the first floor, second floor etc

they must be contructing a high rise bldg. becoz there applying '' combined footing '' making it the whole are looks likes a flooring..👍
I think you should've pumped out the water before you laid your sheets down.
thank you for sharing
Great job
When having clay with groundwater , the best foundation is raft with strap beams like the one you did

I thik that an engineer specialized calculate that
Los abrigos tienen calefacción que lo que se ve al costado
Por eso esos países son desarrollados son un solo equipo todos ellos

What if u unscrew ur excavator from your wheels because you keep turning unticlockwise.
Hello - this excavator can rotate both forward and backward.
Silly question in a condescending tone 😊
This has got to be just a rough base coat to keep them out of the muck while they are working

I think you should have pumped out water and cover the entire wet ground by rocks or rubbles before provision of polyethylene sheet.
No safety boot or helmets? One guy wearing shorts. Is this a norm?
물에다 집을 다 짓냐?
몸에 안 좋을텐데
안녕하세요 영상 시청해주셔서 감사합니다
But we put, before some rocks first, the granitic sand compact at 100 % then the poor concrete, and next the steel, sorry for my English.
standing on rebar wearing flip flops good solid feet here
Only waste of money, substandard working.
It is so much concrete, and it is poor resistance, too much water
Here in Australia that build would not pass the pub test.
会不会拍视频呢,镜头老是在动
2 min in, what is he doing?..
Puak mung cakap bahasa Alien ke😂😂😂

The customer was dupe for money))) It was cheaper to make a foundation on stilts.
right, waste of money
