His parents were the two on his right, his mother is the beautiful lady with the blue dress and hair left loose, no hat. His father next to her. The one with the hat is one of his teacher.
You can recognise Dimash's mother, because Dimash inherited the infamous "staccato" from his mother, and here she did it just before Dimash started singing (it's the lady with long hair).

Thank you for your reaction. Dimash always gives credits to his family and teachers for his success. He has said he is a reflection of their work and guidance. He also said in an interview when he was young that he hoped that Kazakhstan will be proud of his contribution to his homeland. He is an artist anyone can appreciate and look up to.

Этот прекрасный вальс о столице Казахстана написал отец Димаша Канат Айтбаев. Слева от Димаша были его учителя Майра Мухаммедкызы и Марат Айтимов. С Майрой у Димаша есть дуэт "Аккуым" - очень красивая песня. Есть дуэт и с Маратом, который они исполнили на первом Московском концерте Димаша.

There is another song, called dearest mother, where Dimash joins his parents on stage to sing just with them, I believe it was a Mother’s Day event. And the grandparents of Dimash, are shown in the audience. I look forward to waking up (in the U.K.) and seeing what song from Dimash, you have posted.

The lady with the hat is the Kazakh opera singer Maira Mukhammedkyzy. She was the first Kazakh who sang at the Parisian Grand Opera. She was his teacher in university. There are a video on RUclips where they sang Akkyum (My Swan) together. It#s on the same concert in Bastau in 2017. It is such a beautiful but sad song. I think you have it on your list.
