great presentation. i just have one request would your content team make alternate short videos of your projects without the talking just showcasing the house and the interiors. a 10 min max short video. don't get me wrong these long ones are great but some of us want to see the interiors and the feel of the house without the explanations.

The property looks really expensive and I love how you put so much thought into the interior design. My only issue is with the size of the bedrooms, I think they should be a bit spacious in proportion to the size of the other rooms. I like the work that you guys have put in.

Ii kenya for example ukiweza jishikia plot fiti ya 50 x 100 ya 0.7M, Bungalow simple ya 2.5M na Gari moja offroad ya 1.5M io ni luxury tosha. Trust me. You'd rather invest money on empowering your offsprings and siblings before uchase such mighty wealth.

Nice piece and presentation. The house is stunning and I can't wait to see the end product. Am a lover of cinema and with that much square footage I find the gym and the cinema a bit tiny. And on my last note the chef's kitchen is actually the second kitchen in the main house. All in all....great job👍

One has to admit that everything you touch, you must leave your prints and signature on it great awesome work👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 though the idea of replacing the TNG wooden floor with ceramic tiles in the master bedroom or any other bedroom doesn’t sit well with me!! Tiles often turn out to be cold making it uncomfortable to even step on it bare feet. Wood is much warmer

Cleophas, We need a person like you to transform Nairobi into a world class city imagine what you could do the city's landscape, all the mud would be gone, and you would be using Kenyan raw materials and plants may it happen we need this You can start with that middle section from Kempinski to James Gichuru in Westlands.

Just watching this today. I must say I am impressed… though for the luxury with which the whole project is all about, I fee that gym should’ve been equipped with a bit more classic items.
I'd love to see the water drainage when it's storming. I could totally see that pool getting dirty from that very steeply angled decline. . . 🌬️🌩️🏊🌧️

I have been watching since it started its phenomenal 🎉well done I love it sana but I don't believe it's the most expensive in Kenya I believe I have seen some houses one specific one I can't forget was very very huge n very stunning too it is very stunning it ksh400 million I think. If you guys say the most expensive then you guys r pulling us down because we can't have just one house that is stunning but a number of them .This is not the most expensive but it is very beautiful
