random posting got board one day decided to put one 12 in the car and make a quick vid more comming plus update on build NOW GOT 4 12'S out of 6! PLENTY MORE TO COME!!
hey i am getting 3 rockford fosgate P3D410 10" Punch P3 4-Ohm DVC Subwoofer's and i dont know anything about amps it is Dual 4-Ohm with 400 Watts RMS and 800 Watts Max. so times 3 would be 1200 watt RMS and 2400 watt max what would you recommend me getting. thanks
@BIGGIEDEVIL pro i can understand its a fosgate but p aneything is junk im not dicking you bout that eathier p seris sucks trust me if you wanna stick with fosgate t2 bro all the way
@afrokeochi i could do that but i have the dual 12's in the trunk right now and my alt is extremely week right now i plan on upgrading it to an HO one but there is like 50 vids of my single 12 on here i'll link you the best of the vids, but it did have any upgrades like battery or big three nothing, this vid is the best one of my 12 cuz i'm using an 8 volt line driver as well
@WackaFlockaFLEXIN i'm running a rockford 400.4 on my 6x9's and my door speakers, you don' t need lots of speakers just a good amp that can power them properly, but there do sound loud in person and even in this vid, thanks again for the comments
@raulgomez902 the box is 2.01 cubes @ 35 htz thanks there 8 tweeters 2 6.5's in the front doors and the 6x9's all rockford fosgate punch series powered by rockford p400.4 is what your hearing for mids and highs
@sammyc45 the p3 's are great weather you heard them or not but t2's are too expensive i rather have DD or FI instead and still have money left cuz after all 6 T2's @ 699 each is a ton of money but thanks for the comment
@afrokeochi this box is tuned to 35 htz but my 2 12's box is tuned to 42 htz so this box hits alot lower and sounded much better. this is a competition box for Alpine Type R btw, FYI it for sale
@mlankfor a fosgate t10001bd or even a p10001bd do close to 1300rms plus you can use the "tri-wiring" setup i'm running alpine mrp-m500 amps on my subs pushing out 1000rms one amp pre sub
1000watts 500rms 1.5 cubes sealed or 2.5 cubes ported for best results any more info you'll have to look them up check out my other vids much more power and more speakers
@BIGGIEDEVIL thanks but no thanks, I hear so many bad things about caps in general and for the price of them i can get a second battery which would help out more than the caps. a kinetik 600 states to be more powerful than 100 farad caps, and i got a deal from someone for a HC2400 for $100 just waiting to save up a bit more money to buy it.
oh and look up db electrical alternators, they have good prices for alternators. i've read many reviews and they seem to be very good for the price. the one thing i have heard though is that at idle they do about the same as stock alts but when you get to a certain rpm they will do their rated.
