There is no "Marital Rape Law" in the world.
In the west it is called "Spousal sexual violence".
Rape and Spousal sexual violence both are not same thing.
Spousal sexual violence is a "Gender Neutral Law" unlike Rape Law.
In India We have IPC 498A and DV Act which is equivalent to western law of "Spousal sexual violence" but it is not Gender Neutral.
Under IPC 498A only women can report cases unlike west where law is gender neutral.
Already the existing law is Anti-male and Feminist are demanding another draconian law which is unacceptable.
And in the west Domestic violence law is very misused against men.

If a man don't marry his girlfriend after having sex then it's called "Sex on false promise of marriage" and it's a crime under Indian law IPC375 similarly denial of sex after marriage marriage should be criminalized because it is "Marriage on false promise of sex".
