I can testify, as a man, that some of us have been deeply hurt in the past and are afraid of it happening again, so are taking much time and being cautious...and many women have experienced the same and doing the same things. One more thing and it was a painful journey, of being rejected and criticized, gossiped about by the one I given my heart to as a lifelong companion. If there is one thing I learned from her rejection is to move on yet, loving her without being bitter. When things do come to me , I ask Jesus to cast out bitterness if any is taking root. I am really disappointed and I feel she must not be the one for me. Jesus knows but because I am being conflicted, I feel Jesus has someone special for me who will know how to love me deeply the way Jesus loves them deeply through me
Sometimes persons are on a journey, they are trying to get through whatever trauma and hurt they have suffered, if she has rejected you it could possibly be from a place of love, I dont know you're story because there's normally two sides and we're just hearing yours at the moment, so trying to piece together herside. It could be she's been through a lot of hurt and pain and you probably have too, so neither one of you is capable at the moment of loving each other. Really and truly if you've got Christ love in you, you shouldn't be waiting for her to love you, you should be loving her back into wholeness. We get so selfish sometimes,we are always looking for someone to love us when we have enough in us to love someone out of a dark place. People who have been hurt and wounded by life tend to hurt others but it's not with malicious intentions, sometimes it's their cry of wanting to be loved. Love her enough to love her whether she's for you or not. Maybe that's why she was placed in your life for you to show her the "unconditional" love of Christ. There is so much misunderstandings with persons these days, she could genuinely love you, but just letting go of you because she doesn't think she deserves you or because she doesn't want to put her baggage on you. Maybe that's why she was placed in your life for you to show her the "unconditional" love of Christ. There is so much misunderstandings with persons these days, she could genuinely love you, but just letting go of you because she doesn't think she deserves you or because she doesn't want to put her baggage on you. Don't judge too early until you know for sure.
