- Konyak Union lashed out at Indian armed forces that how can the Indian army safeguard the nation without any coordination. They further stated that it was a pre-planned attack on the villagers. They also accused that the AR is misusing the AFSPA act and demanded that AR must leave Nagaland as soon as possible

I thought by now the Armed force operations in NE are being performed keeping in mind the long-term situational impact and well-being of the region. However, this incident proves I am wrong and there are extreme lapses in the way they operate. The total lack of situational & political awareness and their lack of coordination in all parameters is mindboggling. The GOI really needs to step up to ensure Armed forces (Army) operating in sensitive areas like Nagaland be made aware of ''what's happening" in the state - 'especially politically' before any kind of operations. A time when some political dialogue is in progress and the people are trying to move forward with their lives on hard-earned peace. And this operation? Why?
I mean leaving the botch up shooting of the poor civilians, my biggest question is why on earth the Armed force even has to perform insurgent operations inside the districts of Nagaland at this point in time?. What are they trying to achieve long-term by doing this? I guess nothing, but it will surely break the people's trust, derailing political dialogues, violence, unrest, etc. I can at the least understand if there was a shoot-out between the armed force and insurgents letting to this, but that was not the case. This was a simple planned murderous shooting. But why this operation has to take place inside Nagaland at this point in time is the biggest question?
I saw a video today where two Assam Rifle vehicles were being stopped by Angami Public Organisation requesting them to go back to their base because of the Bandh. Again, this was during peaceful 'Bandh' being observed in solidarity of the civilians killed by Paramilitary Armed forces, and it is a very well fact that the emotions of the public are running very high against the Armed forces so it is a no-brainer that AR personals should have restrained themselves from roaming around at least during that Bandh time. This shows an extreme LACK of disconnect & Insighfulness the Paramilitary forces have with the reality of the state. And there is a serious lack of brain in the chain of Armed force Command apparently. GOI giving full evil hands(AFSPA) to Armed forces is now back haunting both GOI and Nagas.
I request all the leaders and members that not to be resolved this issue by giving money as compensation culprits must be hanged to death...cuz money cannot bringz back our brothers lives
