On the subject of cold showers and cold plunges. I can speak to this only from my experience. I will take a cold shower prior to a performance and can notice a increase in my ability to communicate and improvise. Everything improves better that anything else I've tried. However, I have noticed the results are temporary. I don't know the effects of this overtime but I can tell you it definitely makes me feel better and increases my ability to work.
Hey Vinny. Good on you. Even though they are temporary how long does it last?
