I don't play a lot of fighting games nor played this game but I would be happy if capcom and tatsunoko just remaster this or port to modern consoles with rollback netcode

Well if you are interested in this game, I think Dolphin has rollback netplay and there's a Discord for this game that I bet would be more than willing to teach you
