another little acoustic black metal cover this sunday - this time gorgoroth. hope you enjoy! INSTAGRAM: / autolysia I don't own any rights to this song.
remember sitting at a campfire during a small local festival. late at night, pretty dark, hard to make out people's faces. some dude I don't know is sitting in our camp playing my friend's acoustic guitar. He's good, but after a while I notice a certain pattern and ask him: "dude, do you know how to play anything else besides Heimdalls Wacht?" "Umm, sorry, I'm the guitarist for Heimdalls Wacht, so those are the songs I know best"…yeah, that one shut me right the fuck up.
Old, raw and unatmospheric black metal isn't relaxing. It's nervous, tense and dark music. Try atmospheric or post-black metal like Agalloch, Wolves in the Throne Room, Alda, Summoning, Ellende... Now we're talking. :)
I would love these covers on a Spotify list so i can listen to them while driving. Peaceful, nostalgic, country/nature-ish vibes. Perfect scenario for where I m now during holidays.
While not strictly black metal, I would love to hear something from agalloch. I feel that your video style would fit very well with their songs. Excellent cover!
You're an inspiration to me. I started guitar last year, can now play most basic and barr chords, trying to get into the advanced techniques and your videos give me the motivation to try more!
I've just found this video and have been replaying constantly. I just saw the number of views go up from 60K to 61K and I'm happy to believe I've added 1000 views myself to this amazing piece of music.
Wow. First Transilvanian Hunger, and now this? Two of my favorites! And yet you managed to find a beauty and depth in them that I never would have heard otherwise. Thank you for that.
Love the timbre, that reverb truly sells it. Really cool arrangement and nice playing, reminds me of those Dissection acoustic parts or some old folk metal suff.
Wow, this is Epic. I have to agree to many comments here, these covers are awesome. And i also have to agree, some Agalloch would be great, Mayhem aswell, but i really would love some Batushka cover aswell. anyway, whatever ur next cover will be, just keep up the great work. this is amazing!
Ive Never thought that I’d be into acoustic black metal. Please do more if your time allows it. I’m not into bm myself, so I don’t have any clever suggestions. Thank you for your effort, I get lots of listening to your music.
I’d like to recommend some bands/albums that are dear to my 40 YO black heart: - Beherit - Drawing down the moon (all their stuff really, they’ve got some electo doom synth stuff that awesome, but DDTM is a piece to behold) - Urgehal - Goatcraft Torment and Ikonoklast (these are two of the best TNBM albums that aren’t from the 90’s, you won’t be disappointed) - Deathcult - Cult of the Dragon and Cult of the Goat (What can I say about these two amazing albums..., Hoest from Taake is in this band, you definitely won’t be disappointed with either) Now, I like to request a Darkthrone cover.... Norway in September. Or any track from one of the above albums I recommend. I hope you enjoy even if you don’t make a cover. Thanks for sharing.
Very good playing. Wish I could sit there, drink some horns of mead, enjoy the nature and listen to your nice playing. Greetings from Germany Hail to Black Metal!
Ok one more that isn’t TNBM: This is one of my to die for albums: Dissection - Reinkaos, it’s truly a master piece. You can cover anything from this band but I bet you’d pick from this album (he only made three albums)
I put the tabs into a story highlight on my instagram: instagram.com/autolysia/
Take care!
i can literally imagine sitting in the campfire while listening to your acoustic black metal music covers for the whole night.
Sitting “in” the campfire? Wouldn’t that be a bit hot?

@@Retog Maybe, but it would be the most appropriate...
What a great thought
She is also a very good painter, her little bit creepy artworks are awesome and brutal🤟😎
It's *Black Metal* as it should be.
*Cold and relaxing.*
Don't forget Black Metal ist krieg

@@evanp9146 nope. Pls listen to listed and tell me how was it. (:
@T C hardly. Cold - yes.

I couldn't tell you how fast I clicked when I saw this. It has a somber Dissection/Lord Belial vibe.
Atmospheric and powerful. True masterpiece.
While not strictly black metal, I would love to hear something from agalloch. I feel that your video style would fit very well with their songs. Excellent cover!
I 2nd this. Just about anything from The Mantle.
@@directedbyxanderjones8329 Agalloch are BM, for me they are anyway. I met Jon once, he is a strange man (but in that BM way, as in a good way)
@@directedbyxanderjones8329 The Mantle is the reason I went to Portland, Oregon and stood under the statue
I agree, I recently got into them and I would love that
A band cant be non strictly black metal. Its either black metal or not. Agalloch isnt

Normally black metal songs without distortion are so beautiful.
Other times you get some rad surf music
