I have almost a decade with CAD and in the industry, and you couldn't be more wrong. You have no clue what you are talking about.
This is just basic UE5 assets with some camera settings, a filter, and disconnected head and aim (some games have this mechanic).
UE5 is just that amazing, and you have been bamboozled by real-time two year old game engine tech that has been used for pre-rendering in movies for 2 decades already.
