  • Geological drilling to gain core samples and geophysical measurements through huge landslides that occurred during the Kaikōura Earthquake of 2016. This GNS Science led research will enable a better understanding of landslide hazards relating to future earthquakes around New Zealand, and how to plan for them.

    The 7.8 earthquake was a mere 20km west (as the crow flies) from my house. The noise and movement will be with me forever. Thank you for this video :)

    Another great piece, we are so glad to see this geology applied to our own landscape vs all the overseas stuff we're watching. NZ has all the cool things mushed together. Represent!

    This would be a Great company to Drill For . I Travel around all over doing this kind of Drilling . My favorite is Coring hundreds of feet of granite and beautiful super hard Quartz Rock . Good job guys 💪

    Sad, even BS occurs in NZ, these Guys on the usual gravy train will not do anything whatsoever for mankind however long they plug-away! Go get real jobs!
