@@THE.BLVCK.MAMBA.If you’re not there already, once you get past level 30, you get 5 skill points per level up. Just play through the game and once you get to that stage you can start sinking points into your weapon mastery. Another way is do all the behemoths around the map, with those skill points you can unlock pretty much the whole skill tree and get a head start on the weapon mastery.
