i find a good idea my friend , after stand up my sleep :) , this fix is install windows 7 :) , because in history i was played my heroes & generals game with windows 7 , i installed later windows 10 ! , this can be fix to enter game !

Need vcredist aio alredy installed or dx 12 or open with administrator exe files? or open normally?
