Reminds me of both Paragon & Renegade persuade options in Mass Effect before Saren's final fight. (The gun). Damn.

Fun fact I found out. If you talk to Jed Masterson inside the Northern Passage and you finished the Crimson Caravan mission from Alice then Jed will say some unique dialogue once you meet him
This guy runs away so fast if you talk him out of it, literally locks himself inside a TENT that says locks from the inside and wont let you in. Then to top it off, his unique sword cant even be used as the game hard ends without a mod.
Imagine rolling into his camp with dump trucks dumping the mutilated bodies of every NCR and Legion soldier that you ever killed plus the bodies of every innocent civilian in the game then having a Karma speech "My collection Is almost complete" Then he will just say I... then fucking bolts out of there with a 200% speed increase screaming like a little girl! He finally met his match!
If you have positive Karma you don't have the option to call him a shit head but you can still challenge him one on one. His response is basically the same despite your karma

Its a mod called more perks. Once you have beaten honest hearts you can have a random tribal jihad somebody if you're in VATS and at 50% hp or less.
