I am not planning a move to Texas, but I love watching your channel as it gives so much inspiration for house design. We are in the middle of a big remodel to our 35 year old Seattle-suburb house, and I can glean ideas of what is new in home design and function. Your videos are very enjoyable to watch. Ok!!! Nice house!!! The few things that I’d change are the layout of the primary bathroom to accommodate a soaking tub and get rid of those hideous fluorescent lights in the primary closet. I mean c’mon now we talking nearly 600K and fluorescent lights no ma’am Pam!!! That study isn’t bad, but I just wouldn’t like having my back turned towards the entrance of the study. The pantry isn’t bad, but could be better. But overall not bad at all. I’ll grade this house 8/10.

House is beautiful but I don't like the fireplace. I would prefer gas or wood burning with a surround. I think this fireplace is too modern. Also, no tub in the master bathroom would be a deal breaker for me.
