January 5, 2020 - 100 years of SRF/YSS and that voice, that message is so comforting. It brings us back to all that is real and away from all that is a delusion. Thank you for posting this.
Years ago I read his book "Autobiography of a Yogi" and every time I picked it up my hands would start to tingle. Then at work one of the employees was from India and we started to talk about his book and I told him how my hands would tingle and he said that his hands would tingle as well. Recently two years ago I worked with a very young man who was a preacher. Hedied unexpectedly. I attended a funeral wake his parents held where many of his friendsand co-workers also attended. He was loved by all. At the funeral a pamphlet with his photo was handed out. I received one and have saved it for years. I put it in my bookcase and from time to time I would look at his photo because I really felt how special he was and pray a silent prayer. The last time I looked at the pamphlet my hands started to tingle. He is truly with God.
Just listening to these words one can change the consciousness. He said of an highly advanced disciple, "He knows how to listen." We need to repeatedly listen to these words and absorb them with our being and not just our ears.
What a lovely metaphorical telling of the cosmic vision. It is so wonderful to hear Yogananda speak of the light, and how we are just actors playing a part in a great drama. The language he uses is so quaint, and so of the 1920s and 1930s, and yet it is so powerful, still. 🙂✨

I wonder if the dream with the tiger was also a premonition since when he was older he had so much problems with his legs. I highly suggest his masterpiece Whispers from eternity. Aside from autobiography of a yogi this book is wonderful with small poems to read daily.
Such great love of God, wisdom and direct perception Master has. If when one is awake you can physically and mentally be in the deep sleep state, you are in the self realized state. When you are in the deep sleep state, yet aware (the observer), you are in the self realized state. When you realize you are not this temporary physical body, nor egoic mind, but awareness (the observer) you are there. The lower egoic mind cannot control the egoic mind, but it can be observed by our highest self. Master wanted to turn us inward toward God, not the external world which can never give us the bliss we seek. To awaken us from the dream state full of ignorance, suffering, longing and separation. To realize your true self is the exact reverse process of creation. Be still and know you are of God. Eternal God was one & alone, and desired to be many. In order to enjoy the delight of self discovery as God ascends back to itself through the successive stages of evolution.
Most people drawing to this man should realise they were master in past lives and are here for purpose as the earth is changing to the golden age and we need to cum together metadtion and spread the love light ❤🎉and free the earth from the dark forces
