Pizza was originally made in the shape of a flat bread, round in shape, slices cut in shape of a triangle and packed in a square bag. Sonia Ma'am experimented further and changed the shape of Pizza and tossed everything in a Kullhad. The final product is needs no introduction and is already famous as"KULLHAD PIZZA". Sonia Jee started this cart with the initials of names of her Kids and a very different experiment of serving Pizza in Kullhad. The surprising fact is that she bakes Kullhad Pizza directly over the flame and not in oven. That makes it a treat to watch the preparation of the dish and it blows your senses with the first bite. Loaded with goodness of veggies, four variety of cheese and very little sauces, the Pizza is still juicy and tangy with flavours oozing in every bite. try it. You will love it.
