    I can testify that Al’s Stuffed Leg of Lamb from this video was AMAZING. I was there (during filming) and had the privilege of dining with Al and his family that evening. Scott and I thank you, again, for the gourmet meal and hospitality while we were in town.

    Well damn... I just did some lamb the other day. Not sure how my family would like it stuffed but I'll watch and see how you did this. Edit: I did notice some of the panning shots and was gonna ask if you got a slider but I guess that was hand held... Good job.

      Hi Patrick - I had to go back and watch it to remind myself. I used Jealous Devil charcoal as the base, and burned post oak for the cook.
