    The average Gene Wolfe experience : We understand nothing, but we stil love it. Dare I say... he often left us Clawless (clueless) ?
    I'm currently finishing Urth of the New Sun, and boy oh boy.

    I don't know when to stop looking for the easter eggs in this series. You've already researched the details of The Tale of the Student and His Son, I assume. Why is it that Jonas himself- his literal form- is a Ship of Theseus?

      Wolfe plays a lot with Greek myths in this. I’m not fully sure why that is with Jonas but it sure is a fascinating point.
