@About Creativity Thank you for reaching out! I would love to help but I've honestly never looked into it. That could be a great topic to dive into though. I'll see what I can find.
Airbnb already gives a discount for bookings of at least 28 days. There's no reason to contact the host for monthly discounts, unless you want a discount on top of Airbnb's monthly discount. Also, of you find a property with no reviews, you can look at the reviews for the host's other listings, if they have any.
I appreciate the perspective regarding Superhosts, but disagree. We have a number of AirBnb’s and regardless of the status of “Superhost” or not, I would recommend that you as a potential guest read the previous guest reviews. They have already experienced whatever you are considering and will provide you with the best advice as to whether you should stay or move on.
Hello. My US credit card doesnt charge foreign transaction fees. How do I avoid foreign transaction or other fees when booking a place outside US thru AirBnB? Thanks

Good info. I really like watching the crazing things that guests do in Airbnb. The videos are just hilarious.

Thank you, very helpful. How do I get a host to respond to my message without leaving my credit card info? Airbnb states I have to confirm.
