The unique sound effects for it’s beam gun are taken straight from Gundam Unicorn and the reason its proportions look different from the standard Byarlant is because its a Frankenstein of parts from other Titans MS. Its arms are taken from a Gabthley and the design of its feet is based on the Baund Doc’s.
Hey there Rob. A couple nights back a friend of mine and I ran a couple quick private custom games so they could test out the Byarlant Custom before taking it into the wild, so to speak. We put it up against the Lv2 Gelgoog Vertex and the Re-GZ Custom. In both cases it was basically a dead even fight. In the case against the Vertex they ended up doing about 25k more damage than I did, but that was because of choices I made in tactics and weapon selection. If I'd gone full out like I had with the Re-GZ the damage scores might have been closer. In the case against the Re-GZ the damage numbers were much closer, something on the order of about 800-900-1000 damage difference, and that was with me being far less familiar with the Re-GZ than I am with the Vertex. I don't know what sort of build my friend was using in terms of parts but even at whatever amount of disadvantage a raid is against a general that thing is a literal monster.

Yup, they pierce. I was on a Target Shuffle round and managed to chew up about half of a The O's health while hiding behind my base and it struggling to get around to me. Then it became the target and the rest of my team killed it.
This thing is so much fun, I pulled two level 2s out of the step up and then got the level 1 at the end. Was going through a 650 basic room last night with an all Raid team using this and three Zaku III Customs and we just dominated. I love being able to just dive bomb something with the heavy attack.
Ya I've had that before, I'll be toppled on the ground and and ally unit is right next to me and just watches. Or they are shooting vulcans or a machine gun like thats going to stop a melee attack. I always manage to get the worst teams 80% of the time.
It really be like that all the time. We all wish we had a homie to cover us but, y'know. But you can usually trust me for that kind of thing. I've saved plenty of lives with some sniping.
I did all the steps to get this thing, not that I’m mad I actually got a bunch of cool suits I didn’t have before on the way to getting this including some newer stuff and some stuff that got buffed recently. I’ve yet to use it in a proper room for its cost but from mixup matches it was pretty fun.
that and it has higher flight skills and better forced injectors along with a higher thrust capacity. I think standard its thrust stat is at 85 where as the regular Byarlant has 70? Its the only unit also with Flight System level 3. All of these skills reduce its thruster consumption thus keeping it in the air much longer.
I got it on my first roll. Never got a chance to use it cause I chose to play rated. Almost everyone was a raid. We had zero support. I was the only general
This thing is an absolute monster. It has so many skills and all of its skills are to serve it to be better about thrust use and flight time which is great. I always felt like every flight unit in the game could not stay in the air for as long as they should. While indeed a raid it has a balance between its ranged and melee stat but you can increase either one to suit your gameplay. It's powered melee attack doesn't reach the same levels of damage as some of the other ones and its two hits are real wide. Paired with it's gliding the momentum from initiating the power attack can cause you to miss alot. You need to be careful when you use it or else you'll drift wide from your target. Timing is very important. This thing easily wipes out support units with little effort and is a terror to even general units. I suppose given its power it's justified as a four star unit. It's definitely going to be one of my raid mains at 600.
I was hoping for the Stark Jegan or the Nu Gundam. Then he came instead and I looked this up and holy shit this am I glad I got him instead. Time to get the Hg
Just had to jump in your comments here since you never responded on Playstation: we had a match together earlier today in 650 space. I initially had the GG Jagd Doga picked, but you were insistent on using the lv 2 Byarlant Custom so I switched off (should've stayed the Jagd Doga in hindsight). If the beating we got (especially you) wasn't enough of a message, don't pick the BC for any space matches. A large majority of the skills that makes it work are intrinsic to its flight mode - you won't get any of its advantages in space because, well, you don't use the flight system in space.
When I do live commentary and for G Generation Genesis I use an Elgato Game Capture HD, but I've had it for nearly a decade now and it doesn't do 60fps so I'm about to upgrade when I can. Otherwise I use the Share button on the PS4/5 and transfer the file to my PC, then I do a commentary track via Audacity while watching a playback and then combine them for the final video through Vegas. Hope this helps!
Because BB knows how busted the suit is. If everyone had at least one, the game would stop being fun. Bad enough we have to deal with The Stun Meta. Now all we need is a suit that flys around and stuns you... WHILE being stunned by everyone else.
According to my Cowcuwations , this is horrible. This Mobile suite focus on melee Atk and you are setting Duck for all long range weapons . How different you would play it next time ?
I like this one better. The Injectors and Flight make melee comboes a little easier in terms of positioning, but for practical effects the standard Byalant definitely is better. The thing's range is lovely.
All of the Zeon Remnants suddenly cried out in terror.

The Camera is better. it farther out make it easier to see on the left side.
GBO2 could kinda use a Sky type stage, like the aerial attack in Unicorn and really utilize Flight-types and Flight units for MS to ride on.
They could take a look at what Dynasty Warriors Gundam Reborn did.
That would be cool

Interesting thing about the beam machine guns is that they seem to have piercing.

I love this thing! The heavy attack from the air is always fun to use. Not as much damage in the air cause of that ability but whatevs
the rapid particle beam is pretty strong, even without any ranged mods.
600 support? More like 600 supper.

Congrats on having getting a PS5, man!
Thanks! Really enjoying it so far.
