    Here is most easy step by step recipe of steamed Chicken Momo. It is also known as Steamed Dim Sum or Steamed Dumplings. It is a very popular recipe of Tibet. Momo is a very famous snacks recipe as well as very popular street food in India and Bengal also. So let’s watch how to make Chinese Momo at home and inform me your experience.
    Ingredients of Chicken Steam Momo:
    1. Wheat Flour (250 gm)
    2. Chicken (bone less 250 gm).
    3. Chicken (with bone 250 gm).
    4. Fine chopped onion (250 gm).
    5. Ginger paste (2 tsp).
    6. Garlic paste (5 tsp).
    7. Spring onion (1 bowl)
    8. Black pepper powder (2 tsp)
    9. Vinegar(3 tbsp)
    10. Salt (as per your taste).
    11. Sugar (as per your taste).
    12. Refined oil (10 tbsp).
    Methods of How to cook Steamed Chicken Momo:
    1. Take 250 gm flour in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp of sugar, 3 tbsp of refined oil, and ¼ tsp of salt. Mixed it well.
    2. Add some water and make soft dough. Keep it for 20 to 30 min.
    3. Make paste of bone less chicken.
    4. Take a bowl. Add chicken paste, 200 gm chopped onion, 1tsp ginger paste, 3 tsp garlic paste, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder, ½ bowl spring onion,2 tbsp vinegar, and 6 tbsp oil.
    5. Mixed it very well. Keep it for 20 min.
    6. Then make small round balls by flour dough.
    7. Roll out each balls by spreading dust flour in to luchi shape.
    8. Take 1 luchi on hand palm. Add 1 tbsp chicken mixture on it.
    9. Make momo like our video has shown.
    10. Now time to make the soup.
    11. Add 6 bowls water in momo pan.
    12. When boiling add 250 gm with bone chicken pcs, 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 tsp garlic paste,50 gm chopped onion, ¼ tsp salt, and 4 tbsp oil.
    13. Brush oil in momo can.
    14. Steam momos in medium flame for 15 to 20 min. Check between two time.
    15. After 10 min add ½ bowl spring onion, 2 tsp or tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp black pepper powder. Mixed it well.
    16. Your Steam Chicken Momos recipe is ready. Serve hot Steam chicken momo with hot Momo soup and momo sauce.
