Ya man , don't go an send it back. Those holsters are awesome. I actually have the same exact one. It should have came with a little Allen wrench. All you got to do is tighten those two screws at the bottom. That's what controls the tension. Tighten it till you hear the gun click. And you're all set. If you send it back you only going to get another holster in the same exact condition.
Use a heat-gun to make the plastic soft and push down on the parts that have free space. ( For your holster )

I tried that. Loosened it up a little to allow the gun to enter.
Tighten the screws to a tension that works for you.
