Re do it. Try to get the car as level as possible. Once done correctly, spinning, put in manual mode, then put in 6th gear, then gas and press right arrow. 20,000 points will give you $1,000, which is the max. Anything higher than 20,000 points you're wasting your time.
You don't have to leave gust stop acceleration till it it goes away then accelerat again till 20k points and repeat and I found that the El Camino maxed out works best for this glitch

I got 2 million drift points and then I left bc I don’t know how to do it properly
20k is the max points for money
It’s patched, i got to a score of 1m and received no money
You probably killed the game it still works for me try only 20k points each time

i don’t work i did it an got my drift score to 900,000 an went back to main menu an still had only 1k
It only works if you only do 20k at a time or your game is bugged bc it still works for me

Yes in my newer video that's coming out in a couple days I did it on mobile
