    I understand about the migraines. My wife, who loves to go hunting with me, gets migraines now and then, and she has to deal with them pretty much as you do; by bringing her meds with, and taking a rest for a bit. I am well blessed, however, as she is the best game spotter I've ever known. She can spot deer and elk that I just don't see, until she points them out to me. She's also a very good huntress, with many a meal of venison to her credit. We're in our 70s now, and don't get out as much as we used to, but we hunt vicariously through your videos! God bless you and yours!

    Awesome. Really enjoyed that. Wish I was there with you. You did take all of us along with you anyway. What brilliant videography if that word even exists, I don't know but if not it's mine and claim all rights. Sorty getting carried away. Wicked jaunt. Maybe stay put for a few days near a freshly marked watering hole with antler scraped trees as they may all do natural circuits as you probably won't catch e'm up but if you take the same circuit in reverse you may bump in to them if earlier in the season/cycle . If you see what I mean.. Food for thought.Thanks. sure you know more than me re what your doing out there but sometimes different peoples perspectives looking in help. Love your vids from a (swear word) city in the UK. ATB from Manchester. Thanks again love all your vids. Hope you catch a buck/stag whatever rhe preference is or 2 for that matter. Thanks again. Once your viewing no's build up this stuff will be gold dust. Maybe we need YT reveloution.

      Thanks mate. They are super savvy these sambar deer. You have to link a heap of dots to get in close. Or be lucky.... Most likely both 😂

      @@EDGEoftheOUTBACK You'll get one . Patience is a virtue.Your hunting is a bit like fishing in respect to reading the water/land ect.ect. ect. But you use a bullet instead of a hook to land/catch your prey. Love it. Thanks for taking us along. From a Mancunian in NW England part of the U.K. Chrs my mate.

    I was hunting elk near Salmon, Idaho in an area that had so much dead fall timber you could walk on it for 30 minutes without setting a foot on the ground. If we had shot anything we would have gone in with a frying pan and a couple rolls of toilet paper to get it out.

    Funny what makes you smile whilst in the bush. Alone time make you amuse yourself. BTW. I reckon the porpoise

      Thanks mate. Just snagged a sharp spike climbing windfall. It slowly got bigger as I climbed and bent my leg. I always take a little repair kit. Has been used on a few trips now.

      I should add that the pants were just light fleece leggings. So not hugely durable.

    That spot is a great find, well done! and there's nothing worse after all the prep and build up etc to be hunting with a migraine, i know what its like, farken sh!thouse!! Try Sumatriptan, N+ dosen't stop them for me either, but take a Sumatriptan when you feel it coming on or when its on and an hour later, back in business!!

      @EDGEoftheOUTBACK  4 года назад

      Thanks Garth. Unfortunately I've suffered from them my whole life and have tried most things. Generally can keep them in check. This was just one of those days....... I probably left any pain relief / prevention too late as I was busy and excited to be hunting back in the High Country. Oh well, we live and learn.

    Nathan, nothing about that Australian bush is 'feral' country' it's just 'seriously difficult' country. You have overseas viewers who may be lead to believe that this is some seriously messed up and degraded country...nothing could be further from the truth, it's just really challenging terrain.

    • @EDGEoftheOUTBACK
