Yes a human soul has no anxiety. The human feels anxiety throughout life due to many reasons. It is studied. Kirtan can lower anxiety. Its quite wonderful 👍.

Hare Krishna Sometimes the people around you won't understand your journey. They don't need to, its not for them🎉

It's a fanciful idea but you've never met anyone who has no anxiety because they wouldn't be human.

Yes it is not about ending anxiety but realising the anxiety isn't you. (Not that you cannot end anxiety through spiritual means)

@@MoeSyzlack1 What value is there in playing a game of semantics? And how are you proposing to end anxiety through "spiritual means"? Whatever that is.

@@wthomas5697 My intention was not to play with semantics but to better define the relationship of better perception of non dualism with anxiety.

@@MoeSyzlack1 So what is the value in changing your thinking as to whether reality is non dual or not? Seems like semantics to me.

@@wthomas5697 I’m happy to use any definition what part is semantic? The benefits of non dualism is understanding your true nature which is whole and present and through that how to answer “what do?” better. The most true thing is the most satisfactory to your true nature. I think if you have a background in abrahamic religions a course in miracles will be better than eastern religions to help with that it certainly helped me and be able to access eastern non dualism easier. Just read a random chapter they’re all online
