The beginning battle scenes are from a 1997 Chinese movie "The Opium War", the higher resolution scenes are from "Taipan"(1986). The Victoria lifting her skirt scene is from "Charge of the Light Brigade" (1968).

@@mcnuggetclorox7847 Just for the record, if you are going to watch "the Opium War", know that the battle scenes are very inaccurate in drills, weapons, and uniforms for both sides. I used them because they are the only ones I could find.

Please put an arguement why you want the English(British) to go home.
They can't be called English only, because it was not the Kingdom of England that started war against the Qing Dynasty, the country that started the war is the United Kingdom. Secondly one of the infantry regiments that fought in the first Anglo-Chinese war is 26th (Cameronian) Regiment of Foot which is a scottish infantry regiment. So you should use the term British instead of English.
And I am absolutely certain that the German word for "Scots" exists which is "Schotten"
If you look back previous Hong Kong governors from its founding on year 1842 it was actually all filled by foreigner. luckily it was end this foreign domination of top post when its handover to China, then that seat of governor just occupy by locals. Like today ms Carrie Lam are Hong Kong local born and she also fluent speak Cantonese as its her mother tongue. By a logic 1997 was only Hong Konger gains true independent and liberation from foreign power. If no event of 1997 today, Hong Kong still be a colonized country.
