In agriculture questions mcq missing information cost of cultivator not given But, in both the options [B or C], we are assuming the cost of cultivation either zero or full Rs. 50K
Sir , it would be great if you could upload the pgbp or capital gains demo classes . So that we could get a clear idea on how your classes are gonna be
I believe construction and reconstruction are fairly the same thing but yes, there can be differing opinions. ICAI should allow marks on both assumptions
Sir in question 3 part b point 1, can't we consider that 360000 is unabsorbed capital expenditure and it will be carryforwarded for indefinite period as per section 35 bcz 100% capital expenditure should be allowed
@@adityapatait1127 that is a nice thought but a far fetched claim. ICAI stating 40k was claimed simply means that's all that is allowed. It wouldn't automatically mean the remaining couldn't be claimed due to inadequacy of profits.
Thank u sir ❤

Sir the loan is for reconstruction and not construction/purchase of HP so ideally 30000 would be the maximum deduction for SOP Interest

Pawer backup amount should be calculated for 6 months ... Which would be 18000 but in your calculation it is 36000 ... Please clarify it.
Yes. U are correct power backup should be calculated for 6 months i.e. 3000*6 = 18000. I think he doesn't see it properly
