Because you’re having activities outside, I’d recommend putting the bartender/ bar against the wall with the painting in the dining room. That way the people eating at the bar top tables can also watch people play outside while they eat & drink. You can also decorate the bar area more since you’ve got a flat wall behind it. Can’t wait to see whatever you decide! 🥰🥰🥰

Would love to see a few extra props for ski chair area, fur muffs, fur hats, goggles,maybe xmas themed scarves but classy, few pair of snow boots. on your outside patio, you could maybe have small style trees in buckets to match the snow area and just FILL every tree with lights lights n more lights, shame you cant cover your pool and have a fire pit in that area, with a mountain back drop huge poster! But please please try n find some Dark green large and small baubles for your indoor xmas tree, it would bring the green from blanket, cushions etc altogether. You should get some more (pvc?) and paint it black and someone connect it in the two openings of the piece at the top of the red pvc and guide it to your stairwells, somehow drilling a hole in both at the end to wrap zip ties? to the stair rails. This would give illusion of the bench hanging from the ski lift “cables”. This party is going to be amazing and so heartfelt that you spend your $ on your family and friends for a joyous occasion. You’re awesome in your giving and will be well rewarded somehow someway ! ❤🎄

Love the ski lodge theme, seeing the blanket and cushion next to your huge living room tree, I would love to see a dark green bauble here and there......and a hot chocolate and crepe stand would be fab to also see in kitchen area😉 xx

Raven you could also use some type of wire or string through the top of the ski lift to make it just a bit more realistic. You could tie the string from the bottom of the stairs to the top of the stairs to give it that ski lift look.
dress code is whatever you would wear to a real ski lodge, it's going to be decently cold that day and it's partially and outdoor party at night! Plus we did pajamas last year so gotta switch it up!

A small suggestion 🙋🏽♀️ put a white tarpaulin down for the snow so 1) you don’t ruin the grass 2)adds a fuller effect with the white snow 3) easier to clean in case it turns sludgy lol oh and a microphone cos I remember everyone yelling over each other when someone tryna talk 😅 otherwise.. I’m super excited to see it all come to fruition! Awesome job on the ski lift and the customised ski’s - they look great!

You should move the dinning room table into the living room! Just maneuver the couch and stuff. Some type of ski lift sign near the lift would be nice like on the wall behind it

You should get the sticks that they use to when they ski as props , they also have the big tubes for tubing at ski lounges
