Most officers are deluded. Some join the police with hopes of having power which is a false sense of self worth. Sometimes white supremacists meet eachother in the police and feel like an unstoppable force. Lots of white officers are delusional.
Its fair to say police rep in uk is badly damaged even beyond repair. All system needs changing

Why is he surprised? Did he not grow up in the 70’s 80’s or 90’s…did he not go to school in England? Not sure why this is news. It’ll continue until generations pass….sad, but true.
Racism in England was pretty bad in the 70's 80's and 90's but one thing i do know is that if you call a white person a "white c**n" they will get just as offended, so English people do know that racism cuts both ways.

Well I think he is brave and right to speak up. People like this gentleman are helping make it a better place for my sons. I am grateful. Thank you. Anyone who still thinks it doesn't exist has been lucky enough to not experience it. Sadly I have seen it with my boys as young as primary school age.

Just like everyone is aware of how having brown skin in the UK holds you back in every walk of life but no one is ever held accountable. Please, continue, which jobs are whites being refused?

I think the UK needs a big cleanup with all its peace officers. It is their whole reputation that we are talking about. I myself was a peace officer and we had such problems. The troublemakers had promotions, it was disgusting. A female agent was raped by a superior but the case was internal and she lost her case and she defended herself and she went to civil court and after 10 years she finally won her case but lost self-esteem, she had quit and does not want to return to work in this unhealthy environment and I understand her. This policeman has courage and I hope he will change things, but unfortunately it will not change tomorrow.
There is absolutely no racism in Britain according to a recent British govt report. LOL.

Literally have had the police move in around my home because my mother is a black home owner an now there constantly putting aircraft over our home have moved in next door and are shaking the foundations of our home through the equipment there using they keep me out of work through slander as staff have told me aaaand they fore fireworks over our home :/... there hardly professional

All of this speculation has been going on for years, irrespective of whether or not institutionalised racism exists in all of our institutions why on earth would any country visit this on themselfs with the advantage of hindsight ? You can fully understand the Hungarians having a strong anti immigration policy because who needs it ? You don't get all this race thing in Poland the Baltic states and other East European countries. We spend millions on tribunals and trying to sort out a huge problem that we didn't have to have. Good luck to Hungary and the Hungarian people you definitely don't need this.
