Thanks Ords. I’m having so much fun with your videos. If you don’t get to Blooming, Warning, Different or Black Hole, ending your 30 days with Endless Story live from Yokohama in 2023 would be very fitting. It was the last song of their 10 year anniversary concert and the emotions run strong. It’s a heart felt performance. Hearts will melt.
Y’all have been amazing! 🙏 thank you so much! That does seem very fitting. 🤔I got you on blooming tonight! 💪🤘thank you Again!
I don’t know why this isn’t an every show staple of their live shows. When the crowd sings along, it’s magic. This song is underrated.
Clang has always been one of my favourite songs.
I agree!
I saw them play "Clang" last October in Sendai, the crowd went wild! It's certainly a live favourite! The did "From Now On" into "Moratorium" then into "Clang". Best live band I have ever seen!
Oh, I hope you do get to see them live. I saw them in Columbus and in Detroit when they toured the US in May, 2023. It was the best of both worlds: A huge outdoor festival and a small, intimate club date. The Detroit date at St. Andrews Hall was great even though they were stuffed onto a tiny stage: they know how to put on an entertaining show and talk to the audience during breaks. It doesn't matter what songs they play; every song is brilliantly performed.
There is another live version of "clang". It's from Vladimir Chupin on his RUclips channel. It was shot during there early years when they toured Europe. The video of "Clang" had MISA and Kanami doing a "tapping duel" at the beginning of the song. It's from the Bochum nightclub in Hamburg. There is also another video that Vladimir shot titled "Kanami solo" at Bochum where she "goes off" in the intro to "Moratorium". It's wild and a "must see" for Band-Maid fans.
Bet! I’m going to check that out! 🤘
There are a few fancams of this song where MISA and Kanami have a mini-duel/call and response. Checkout Vladimir Chupin's channel for his fancam of this song in I think Germany at Bochum. Trust me, you will want to hear the intro.
And believe it or not, just 5 months before this performance Kanami had really bad tendonitis and had to reteach herself how to hold her pick. For a woman who is as skilled as she is, do force herself to relearn how to basically play her guitar with all of her techniques, HAD to be hard.
And the Paris show. It's a great 3-song view of the band on a tiny stage. Vlad is right in front of the bass amp so... goodness all the way. I don't know if our host has listened to "Play" yet though.
That’s a wild story!! Makes kanami even more bad ass! 🤘
The deeper you mine Maid Rock...the more diamonds you'll find 👌💪👍👍🔥🔥🤘🤘🤘🍺🍺
One of my favorite Live recording of this song was on Vladimir Chupin's YT channel, It was from a prior European tour at Hamburg Germany on a small stage and a ton of energy...
Band-Maid goes full tilt on Clang!
Great song and performance! Band-Maid always has the crowd wound up!

Kanami is a modern day riff master, one of my favorite things about this band.
Female rock bands are absolutely badass in Japan. Band Maid is my favorite for its ability, among other things, to mix genres in the same song. You mentioned Motorhead again, man. Yeah!
They just draw so much from the past and present… which I think makes the the future??
@@ReactAttack90 Well said.
This performance of this song is a long time favorite for me. And Saiki's wink, at 4:44 in your reaction, just melts my heart.
Have to love it...🥰
Domination Album Rocks!
🤘🕊️🦍🥷👸🏻👀PO!
Clang is in my top 5, love it!!!! Thanks for the reaction.
Thanks for the reaction.
Now you have to react to Blooming or Dice or Onset or Domination, or The non fiction days or Alone. Just sayin'
And you said it well :)
One of my favorite lesser-known Band-Maid songs. On the 2019 Europe tour they would open this song with a bass/guitar tapping duel. You know it's an older performance because you can see Mincho's knees. Thanks for the reaction!
"Clang" is a top favorite of mine since I first heard it on the World Domination album. So heavy and fast, yeah!
And I really just hope you don't skip one of their hardest rocking bangers, which is "The non-fiction days".
Or Blooming, or Rinne, or Glory, or... 🤘🏻🙂
They are even better lives believe or not❤
Such a fun song 🙂
Haven't listened to this one for while. It's fun watching all the new reactors fighting to find new stuff to react to! The best thing is that BAND-MAID's entire discography will be explored!
"So different from everything I've heard" yet so predominately BAND MAID.
In a league of their own.
They actually wanted to name the band Iron Maiden but found out it was already taken. Maybe.
With you all the way on the female rock thing. I'm in my seventies, grew up on Floyd, Zappa, Doors and the whole longhair rock scene. Loved it. Nowadays, I'm wishing we had girl bands back then like the ones on the go now. These Japanese, Korean, Mexican etc all-girl bands play rock the way I always wanted it - hard, driving, pounding rhythms, a strong melodic element and guitar goosebumps - without all the ego battles, the guys in the band who were mates but not great musicians, the cheap mysogyny or self-delusion that so many male bands featured and were destroyed by. Now I can say "Girl, do I love this!"
We are going through the zepp live gi
BM4Life Carry On Living(LIVE) feom this same show next 💪
On the road to 100 reactions in 30 days BAND-MAID / Spirit!! (Audio) next please.
You keeping me busy fam! 💪🤘🙏🔥 thank you so much! It’s otw my friend! 🔥
A song which doesn't get too much play time...and it's a shame. Then again, there are many which don't get as much play time as they deserve. PO!🕊 🤘😆🤘
Have you watched the all female Japanese heavy metal band, Lovebites, yet? If you haven't yet try HAMMER OF WRATH live, make sure it's the version with Fami, their new bass player. They're my #2 behind Band Maid.
CLANG 🔔💥🔨 It's a hit! Thx, Ords!
🙏
