Everybody is going to say Akane because she's visibly so incredibly joyful almost every time the camera lands on her. But honestly, I think they all have more fun than is reasonably fair to the rest of us. They're five of those very rare individuals who genuinely appreciate the gift they have in being able to do the things they are doing and share those things with the people around them. We're all very lucky to have them.
On stage, probably Miku had the most fun, not only she get to show her skills developing at every show, she get to see her Ideal band grow and bond closer, she also had her magic sessions, crack jokes, make fun of her band and the band get on her back, lately Saiki get to do the same and both had more fun doing those PR sessions,

Many will say our great drummer Akane has the most fun. I get it but, I truly believe it is Mincho (Kanami). She often is unpredictable as to what antics she will do on stage (drink MISA's beer, lift Miku's skirt, playing MISA's bass, axe kicking Akane's cymbal, etc.) She's doing what she loves most. I think Akane has the most fun on stage. First, she's the one setting the beat and driving everyone. Secondly, she sees the band and the audience at the same time and she know what the band is doing for the audience and what the audience does for them. You'll also notice all the bandmembers look back at her during the songs just to see her smile.
Akane! No matter where you are you can see that smile! She's also always the last one to leave the stage. And all her mid show antics are super fun. But seriously I've never seen a band as a whole that has more fun and enjoys performing more than Band-Maid.
Who has the most fun when they're onstage? The crowd that went to see them 😂. You should check out some fan-made videos of their concerts so You can appreciate their real energy. It's just impressive. I recommend Mexico, August 2023

And if you can find the "Studio Coast November 2017" concert, the performance of this song immediately followed by "Play" is a duo that MUST be heard together. Who has the most fun? Either Akane, or Kanami. Akane because she is always just a bundle of smiling energy, and Kanami, because she is performing with her best friends and Saiki. And you are the type of reactor that most of us prefer. You are genuinely interested in our Ladies, you enjoy their music, and you enjoy yourself enjoying the Ladies. Too many forget to simply enjoy themselves as well as the music.
Having the most fun? Akane, with a close second going to Kanami. Kanami is often messing with the others at the Okyu-ji, while smiling and tearing it up on the PRS. Yep, if it's going to be a relatively straightforward rock song, it's going to have five solos to fill out. Akane is constantly smiling, so it's hard to argue she's not having the most fun... but... when Kanami goes into Mincho mode, she's clearly in a state of heightened ecstasy that none of them can match for those moments. But then again... whenever you look at Miku... you get the impression from the look in her eyes that's like... I INVENTED all of this, and my continuing plan for WORLD DOMINATION is now in STAGE 5!!! I think Miku wins the overall contest for happiest, because nothing beats having your vision realized for self-actualization. You can definitely see this when she takes over the stage for Omaginai time, especially in those moments where she gets faux angry at the crowd for some perceived infraction. She's just having ridiculous amounts of fun in those moments. This is the sort of wisdom you expect from an 810 year old pigeon. 😉
